Fair Play Statement

Thank you for your interest in safe and fair gaming! Ensuring a fair and secure gaming environment for our players is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we do not tolerate cheating or offensive and disrespectful behavior. We expect our players to play fairly and adhere to the rules at all times. Any practices or violations listed below and in our https://pydir.com/term-of-service/ may result in the withdrawal of in-game currency, temporary suspension from the game, and, if necessary, even permanent account suspension.

Help us maintain a pleasant gaming environment and protect your game account and device by following these guidelines:

PLAY RESPECTFULLY!

OFFENSIVE AND INSULTING BEHAVIOR

Most of us play to have fun together with other people. While discussions about lost battles or derbies may arise, insulting other players takes away the enjoyment of the game. We kindly ask you to be as respectful as possible in all communication with other players. This includes the names of your teams/avatars and their descriptions, whether they are teams, avatars, or communities.

Here are some examples of what we consider inappropriate:

  1. Incitement to hatred, racism, and other forms of discrimination
  2. Obscene or sexual jokes
  3. Threats or harassment
  4. Excessive swearing
  5. Bullying

Report Violations! If a player has behaved offensively towards you or others, please report it to us via email at [email protected]. These reports will be reviewed by our trained moderators, who will take appropriate actions.

Consequences of Violation: Abusive behavior can lead to temporary or even permanent account suspension. The same applies to unsubstantiated reports from players.

DON’T BE A CHEATER!

USE OF THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE

Third-party software includes unauthorized applications (apps) that manipulate the game’s operation. The aim of third-party software is to gain unfair advantages by altering the game’s functionality, while exposing your user account to risks and compromising privacy.

Third-party software includes:

  1. Hacks, “mods,” or programs that unfairly modify the game’s functionality
  2. “Bots,” automation services, or scripts related to game operations
  3. Other programs aim to modify memory data or game progress or provide underserved progress in the game

Consequences of Violation: Using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage results in the permanent suspension of all affected game accounts.

STEALING IS PROHIBITED!

UNAUTHORIZED SALE/PURCHASE OF IN-GAME CURRENCY

Some websites or individuals may offer you cheaper credits/items. Don’t be fooled – this is fraud! Such providers will ask for confidential information (such as PYDIR, a product of J.B.N. ID, Apple ID, Google Play login details, etc.) to gain access to your game account. This allows these sellers to access and often steal your game account to sell it to other players.

IMPORTANT: By providing your confidential login information to third parties, you put both your financial security and the security of all your online activities at high risk.

Consequences of Violation: Purchasing items and credits from a third party may result in revoked in-game currency or even permanent suspension of your game account.

THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE!

BUYING, SELLING, AND SHARING OF GAME ACCOUNTS

Selling, buying, sharing, or giving away accounts to other players violates our (HERE COME OUR TERMS OF SERVICE) and is not tolerated by PYDIR, a product of J.B.N.

In account sales, advanced game status accounts are offered, enticing players particularly interested in making progress in the game with tempting and unrealistic promises.

Trading user accounts come with the following risks:

  1. The seller accepts your money, but you may not receive the account.
  2. You cannot be sure that the seller will refrain from continuing to use the account.
  3. The account may be sold to multiple people.
  4. The status of the user account is unknown, and it may already be slated for permanent suspension.
  5. The account will never be secure. PYDIR, a product of J.B.N., cannot provide support for manipulated accounts.
  6. Even if you spend money on the game account, there is a risk of suspension for violating the terms of service.

Help put an end to this practice and refrain from trying to sell your account. If you learn of account sales, please report it!

Note: Using an account by multiple players to gain advantages in the game also violates our terms of service.

Consequences of Violation: We cannot guarantee the security of accounts that have been passed on from one player to another. We reserve the right to permanently suspend shared accounts.

  1. Pretending to be a PYDIR’s, a product of J.B.N., employee
  2. Phishing for other players’ game accounts
  3. Abuse of refunds

HOW WE ENSURE FAIR PLAY

We continuously strive to prevent fraud and inappropriate behavior in our games. For this reason, we have implemented systems that prevent players from using inappropriate language and/or third-party software. Where the implementation of preventive methods is not possible, we use a combination of automated and manual review systems. To ensure a fair and secure gaming environment for all players, we aim to treat all players equally when enforcing our rules. We primarily use automated review systems. Additionally, we employ trained moderators who oversee leaderboards and tournament participants, as well as handle community reports. If you feel unfairly punished, please contact support, and we will review your case.
