All our games can be downloaded for free. However, there is an option for “In-App Purchases” in our games. In-app purchases vary in price. In the USA, for example, there are offers ranging from $0.99 to $99.99.

In-app purchases are paid with real money and are always explicitly marked as such. They are available in the game, so the purchase option is found within the game itself.

WHO PROCESSES IN-APP PURCHASES?

Here at PYDIR, a product of J.B.N., we do not process payments for In-App Purchases and do not have access to your credit card information. This is because payment transactions are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play (depending on your device). All of this is done using the personal email address associated with your account. After each purchase, you will receive corresponding receipts from Apple or Google. Note: All processes after the purchase are also carried out by Apple and Google and are solely at their discretion.

MY CHILD ACCIDENTALLY MADE AN IN-APP PURCHASE. HOW CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

Like most downloadable software products, things purchased in our games (In-App Purchases) cannot be refunded. Exceptions can be made in rare cases.

If the purchase was made on an Apple device (iOS):

For purchases made on an iOS device, PYDIR, a product of J.B.N., cannot process refunds directly. Please visit the Apple Support page. Select “iTunes & Apple Music” and then “iTunes Store.” Click on “Purchase, Billing & Refunds,” followed by “Unin intentional purchases.” Now you can choose the contact option preferred by you.

If the purchase was made on a Google device (Android):

Please send an email to [email protected]. In your message, mention the name of the game in which the purchase was made and attach the purchase receipt. Make sure the transaction ID is visible at the bottom of the document (it looks something like GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345). Google sends you an email with the purchase receipt after each purchase.

 

I RECEIVED AN INVOICE FOR A PURCHASE I DID NOT MAKE. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I SUSPECT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY?

If you or your child have never played one of our games but suspect fraudulent activity on your account, immediately contact Apple (for iOS devices) or Google (for Android devices). These two companies are responsible for the transaction process.

For Apple (iOS) devices:

Visit the Apple Support page, select the link “Contact iTunes Store Support,” then “Purchase, Billing, and Refund,” and choose the option that applies to your case.

For Google (Android) devices:

Visit the Google Support page and perform a search or use the “Contact” button at the top right of the page to contact a Google Customer Support representative.
